We had a great weekend at Fir Garth. The house was well equipped for our group of 10: Good sized en-suite bedrooms with comfy beds and cosy duvets, a really well equipped kitchen ( we did lots of cooking), the main living was a great sized space, a projector, games, an extra snug room, outdoor space etc. The location was excellent, pub and shop within walking distance, excellent walks in the area, a beautiful view, quiet, easily accessible. We all agreed we would definitely come to the house again.

The property was excellent, so well equipped, plenty of information applicable to the property and the surrounding area, just perfect. 5 star. 100% for accuracy of listing, cleanliness, comfort and facilities.

The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We loved everything about it and the grand picture window was perfect for watching the Aurora Borealis on our final night !

Such a beautiful place to stay. Incredible walks without having to get in a car. Stunning peaceful location with loads of space. Absolutely loved it. Prefect to spend time with family. Would definitely come back and would highly recommend if you are looking for a holiday to relax and refuel!

Our stay here was perfect. The location was ideal for many lovely walks around Little Langdale, Elterwater and the Langdale Pikes. The house itself was lovely with a great open area for dinners and enjoying the sunset on the balcony. Each room having its own en suite also meant everyone had their own space and privacy. Would love to come back at some point.

Great property in a great location. Lovely accommodation and set in a beautiful location.
Good accommodation for 5 couples and lovely communal space and the balcony was great overlooking the hills.
Easy to walk to the local pub and lots of walks straight from the property.
Hannah was very proactive with all our queries and the directions were very good.
Everything was easy to use and find within the property, the coffee machine was the only thing we didn’t use as it hadn’t been cleaned so we didn’t bother to use it.
The local Co-Op just down the road had everything you would need including charcoal for the barbecue at the property.
We were blessed with good weather which after all the rain was a bonus!
